LLEGADA AL NUEVO HOGAR

Cuando el cachorro llega su nuevo hogar está asustado y desorientado. Así que, el primer consejo es, paciencia.

Lo ideal es que conozca la casa poco a poco. Es conveniente que todas sus cosas (comedero, bebedero, bandeja de aseo, ......) estén cerca unas de otras.

Debemos dar tiempo al gatito a que se acostumbre a nosotros sin atosigarle, que el decida cuando y como.

Si hubiera otros animales de compañía, lo ideal es que en un principio puedan olerse, pero no verse para que así las presentaciones se produzcan poco a poco.

Los gatitos son muy juguetones y hay que tener ciertas precauciones, tapar enchufes, evitar que encuentren objetos pequeños, camuflar cables (teléfono),...) cerrar la tapa de la taza del baño y bueno, pues eso que ¡ Cuidado!.

La alimentación debe ser equilibrada, por eso es recomendable darlos siempre pienso, que les aportará todo lo que necesitan. Hay una gran variedad de piensos de gama alta como son Hill´s, Royal Cannin, etc.

Deben tener siempre a su disposición pienso y agua fresca.

Dicho esto, solo nos queda disfrutar de nuestro peque durante muchos, muchos años.

Getting home

When a cub arrives at home he feels frightened and confused. So, my first piece of advice is patience.

They should start knowing their new home little by little. It is important that all his things (food-dish, water-dish, cleaning dish ) are all close to one another.

We should leave the cat to get used to our presence without putting too much preassure. It is him who should decide when and how.

If there were other pets the best thing is that they can smell each other without seeing them  so that the introductions start gradually.

The pussy-cats are very playful and we should bear in mind certain warnings (cover the sockets and the telephone wires, avoid small objects on their way, put down  the toilet lid… ) So, watch out!!!!

The diet should be balanced so that´s why it is important to give them always the  fodder that will provide them with everything they need.
There are a great variety of high-quality grains such as Hill´s, Royal Cannin etc.
They must always have fresh water and grain at their disposal.

After having said all these things we can start enjoying our “little cat” for many many years to come.
